Were a registered B Corp and fully committed to an inclusive, equitable and forward-thinking workplace culture.About the role:The B2B Marketing Coordinator will support marketing, events, and sales initiatives to strengthen Australian Ethicals brand, communications, and relationships across research, platform, financial planning, and values-aligned segments.This role plays a key part in achieving AEIs long-term growth targets through the timely and professional execution of B2B marketing activities.Reporting to the B2B Marketing Manager and working closely with the Client Relationships team, the Coordinator will implement communications, events, sponsorships, and sales enablement programs that support AEs broader B2B growth strategy.Key responsibilities include:Event & sponsorship managementCoordinate and manage the delivery of paid partnerships, sponsorships and eventsMaintain events and content calendars, manage logistics, and ensure all external deliverables are metCampaign execution & communicationsExecute campaign deployment and scheduling across Salesforce and email platformsSupport the B2B Marketing Manager with channel marketing activities including creative briefs, data requests, approvals, adviser communications, and social media managementMaintain and update marketing content assets across digital channelsReview and manage presentation materials, collateral, communications, and merchandise to support high-quality event deliveryProvide support for sales enablement materials such as presentation packs, email templates and collateralCollaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and readiness for campaignsSystems & reportingSupport Salesforce campaign management, lead tagging and data hygieneTrack implementation progress and provide reporting on marketing activityWe are looking for someone with:2+ years of Financial services experience in marketing, communications or event coordinationA sound understanding of the financial services industry (eg. investments, superannuation, financial advice)Strong time management, organisational and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships across sales and marketing teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and CRM platforms such as Braze, Monday.com, Salesforce or similarSocial media knowledge, particularly LinkedIn, for promoting thought leadership and investment excellence.A high level of attention to detail and commitment to qualityAlignment with AEs core values: Authenticity, Action, Empathy, Curiosity, ConnectionWhy Australian Ethical?We offer a competitive salary, including short-term and long-term incentives including access to an Employee Share PlanWellbeing program that includes an extra 5 days of leave above statutory requirement20 days paid annual leave with an additional 3 paid days of annual leave over the Christmas periodWant to know more about what it''s like to work at Australian Ethical?
