This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape how project coordination is delivered, while also supporting a well-established quality & compliance framework. This is a highly collaborative role and youll work closely with senior leadership and have visibility across the entire organisation and be fully embedded into the organisations culture.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating the delivery of strategic initiatives by developing project plans, timelines, and task assignmentsUsing project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts) to track progress and identify dependenciesFollowing up on overdue tasks and escalating delays to leadership as neededSupporting internal and external audits (ISO 9001:2015, RTAC) and maintaining audit schedulesManaging the document database (SharePoint), ensuring documents are current, accurate, and accessibleAssisting with the review and response to Continuous Improvement Forms (CIFs)Contributing to risk management and quality improvement initiativesLiaising with stakeholders across all departments to ensure effective communication and deliverySupporting the development of communications plans for strategic projectsIdentifying and implementing opportunities for process improvementThis is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working across teams, and takes pride in keeping complex projects running smoothly.What you''ll need to succeedStrong background in project coordination, administration or executive supportExcellent organisational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesExperience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office SuiteUnderstanding of quality management systems and audit processesA proactive mindset with a passion for improving systems and processesExperience in a regulated or compliance-focused environment (desirable)Project management certification or training (highly regarded)What you''ll get in return$80K$90K + SuperGift day for your birthdayAnnual leave loading and ChristmasNew Year shutdownSubsidised parking (~$25/week) and excellent public transport accessFlexible working hours (start between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM) (you can choose when you start and finish as long as its 5 days and 7.6 hours per day!)A supportive, inclusive, and high-performing team cultureOpportunities for internal progression and skill developmentThe chance to make a meaningful impact in a purpose-driven organisationWhat you need to do nowIf you''re ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to a high-impact organisation, we want to hear from you.
