Hire Solution Services are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to join a renowned renewable energy producer in Perth.Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide leadership and direction to the team, setting clear sales targets and performance objectives to ensure bottom-line projections are met or exceeded Build and continuously update standard operating procedures for all aspects of the sales and service departments Participate in company improvement ideas and suggestions that can enhance internal procedures and explore improvement opportunities Develop, review, and manage all service and sales department procedures to improve customer experiences Ensure customer relationships are managed and grown consistently by your team Generate and submit monthly reports with actionable insights to the reporting manager, as well as sales, revenue, expense reports and realistic forecasts on a monthly or quarterly basis as required Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks Oversee daily management of exchanges, refunds, repairs, and warranty approvals Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolutions Manage and respond to review platforms, questions, and feedback Assist team members during peak periods, including handling walk-ins, responding to calls, and addressing emails Ensure compliance with ACCC guidelines and company policies and coordinate preparations for pursuing customer complaints (VCAT) Ensure the repair workshop is maintained with processes clearly outlined and followed, including but not limited to: warranty process, cleanliness and disposalKey Skills:Retail Operations and Sales Management experience essentialAbility to effectively communicate with staff, stakeholders and clientsWell-groomed presentation and sound communicationAbility to travel to the east coast, as requiredMonday Friday, full time hoursHighly motivated, positive and dedicated team that support each otherModern executive offices located in PerthOn-site parkingRoom for career growth and developmentApplication:Candidates must have the right to work in Australia.To apply for this role, please click "Apply".
