As we continue to grow, were on the hunt for a strategic and people-focused Performance Activations Manager to lead a team of digital experts in our Perth office. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-performing media campaigns, develop people, build trusted client relationships, and help shape the next generation of paid media excellence. For more information, call Liam on 0480 546 593!WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...As a Performance Activations Manager, youll lead a team of Managers, Executives, and Coordinators to deliver outstanding results across Paid Search, Social, and performance-driven digital marketing. Youll own the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and implementation to pacing, optimisation, and post-campaign reporting, while staying hands-on with media platforms and tools. Youll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery across client accounts, drive data backed decisions, and regularly communicate with senior stakeholders to align strategies and present outcomes. Youll play a central role in client meetings and WIPs, advising on industry insights, optimising campaign strategy, and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth. On the people side, youll develop your team through coaching, structured reviews, and regular feedback while ensuring workload and resources are effectively managed. With a commercial mindset, youll also take ownership of invoicing, tracking budgets, and ensuring campaigns align with overall financial objectives. This is a role for a strategic thinker and confident leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and internal teams.WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?...4+ years of hands-on experience across Paid Search (SA360) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)Proven leadership experience managing performance teams (2 - 4 reports ideal)Strong commercial skills including invoicing, budget tracking, and resourcing/staffing plansExcellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence and advise senior clientsHighly analytical with experience in data visualisation and dashboardingA natural team builder and coach who promotes continuous learning and accountabilityOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalTime management and process-oriented thinking to drive consistency and efficiencyComfortable with financial systems, media contracts, proposals, and reconciliationsPlease either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly at liam.harvey@searchability.com.au.
