We are a values-based organisation that prides itself on quality, professionalism and valuing your personal contribution.About the RoleAre you a strategic and hands-on finance leader ready to make a meaningful impact in the community services sector?Carers SA is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the organisations day-to-day finance operations while playing a key role in driving long-term financial sustainability and organisational growth.This role plays a pivotal part in managing budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, audit processes, payroll costing, funding acquittals, and cashflow management. You will work closely with the Executive Manager Finance and Corporate Services and lead a small, high-performing finance team.The Finance Manager is a key driver of continuous improvement, digital transformation, and financial capability building across the organisation.In this role you will:Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecastsOversee audit, funding acquittals, and statutory complianceProvide financial leadership for procurement and contract oversightEnhance internal controls, cashflow, and payroll cost analysisSupport insurance renewals, risk mitigation, and investment strategiesMentor finance staff and build internal financial literacy organisation-wideLead digital automation and process improvement projects in the finance functionAbout YouYou are a values-driven and commercially astute finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-led environment.
