You''ll also manage a pool educators (teachers and support staff), ensuring the right person is in the right classroom every day.This is a relationship-first rolebuilding trust and long-term partnerships with both clients and educators is key. Youll work closely with your schools to understand their needs, respond quickly to bookings, and ensure accuracy in reporting and rostering.Expect variety in your day, including:Coordinating educator placements and managing bookingsMaintaining clean, up-to-date data for reporting and complianceSupporting educators through the hiring journeyCollaborating with colleagues to meet team KPIsVisiting schools to deepen relationships and understand unique contextsWhat youll needExperience in recruitment, account management or a service-based sales roleExcellent phone and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and comfort with data accuracyResilience and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environmentA genuine interest in education and supporting othersFull working rights in Australia, a valid drivers licence, and willingness to obtain a Volunteer Working with Children CheckFlexibility to work rotating shifts including early starts and occasional evenings/weekendsAbout usanzuk Education is a global education recruitment agency active in Australia, the UK, USA, New Zealand and Canada.
