Our dedicated team is always seeking new ways to enhance the customer experience and strive for excellence.About The RoleAs the Fleet Manager at Northeast Isuzu UTE, you will be responsible for driving fleet sales by proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Your focus will be on providing tailored vehicle and service solutions that meet the needs of commercial, government, and rental clients while consistently achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new fleet sales opportunities through networking and lead generation.Develop and maintain relationships with key commercial, local, and state government clients, vehicle rental companies, and local businesses.Understand customer fleet requirements and propose vehicle solutions aligned with their needs and budgets.Manage the full sales cycle.Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.Complete tenders within deadlines.About YouThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to advance their career by managing and growing a fleet client base.To be Successful in This Position, You Will NeedMinimum 3-5 years of fleet, commercial, or B2B vehicle sales experience.Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.Ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close deals.Experience building trust and rapport with a range of clients, including corporate and government sectors.Skilled in managing a sales pipeline and maintaining detailed records in CRM systems.Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed KPIs.Willingness to travel regularly to client sites and events.About UsWe deliver a comprehensive customer experience through multiple business units, providing high-quality service and innovative solutions.
