Ideally, the successful candidate will have administration experience working with project teams in a fast-paced environment in the utilities/construction or resource industries.The RoleDue to rapid growth, Genus Infrastructure is seeking a Business Support Officer (BSO) to join our friendly and supportive team. Ideally, the successful candidate will have administration experience working with project teams in a fast-paced environment in the utilities/construction or resource industries.Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the BSO''s role is to coordinate and carry out the day-to-day administrative tasks to assist the team in achieving company and project goals. This role is a casual role anticipated to be between 20-30 hrs per week. Working From Home is a viable option, however, some attendance to the depot in Kenwick will be required.Primary Responsibilities Will Include But Not Be Limited ToReview incoming invoices for accuracy and informationCompile invoices and associated informationCompile any additional information requiredPerform reconciliations on invoicingDocument ManagementProviding Support and assistance to other members of the team including covering tasks during absencesEssential Skills/Qualifications/ExperienceMinimum 2+ years customer service or administration experienceA flexible outlook, with a willingness to learn.Accurate data entry & strong attention to detail skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBusiness administration and organisational skills.Ability to work independently, with minimal supervisionProblem solving and analytical skillsThe BusinessGenus Infrastructure Pty Ltd (GNI) are specialists in delivering end to end innovative solutions in multiple sectors across Australia.
