Our 24/7 Hobart clinic is always bustling with exciting cases and an energetic atmosphere.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Support Officer for our AES Hobart hospital. The BSO will provide administrative support to our leadership team and assist with schedule coordination. Reporting to our Operations Manager, this role is part-time, offering up to 48 hours per fortnight, providing work-life balance and flexibility.The role operates in a solutions-focused environment and is responsible for:Operations supportSupport P&C and general admin tasksTraining, event, and travel coordinationMaintenance coordination and liaising with suppliersOrdering uniforms, prescription labels, gifts, snacksFleet managementPolicies and protocol document management including WHSSupport to the Leadership Team as requiredAbout YouThe ideal candidate will be motivated and share a vision for a collaborative working environment.
