Reporting to the Head of HR, this role oversees four direct reports (2 x HR Business Partners, Senior Recruitment Advisor, HR Officer) and partners closely with operational leaders across site.You will play a key role in delivering practical HR support while also driving strategic people initiatives such as workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. This is a rare opportunity to combine frontline HR leadership with broader business impact.Support leaders and the HR team with day-to-day HR operations including performance, conduct and case management and ER/IR mattersBuild strong relationships with operational leaders to influence the people strategy and cultureSupport and implement workforce planning, talent and succession strategiesCoach leaders to lift capability, resolve conflict, and build strong teamsLead inclusive recruitment and onboarding processes, and shape the design of effective, forward-thinking sourcing and attraction strategiesChampion D&I initiatives and support an engaged, respectful workplaceManage performance and development for your direct teamOversee headcount planning and the annual HR budgetIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experienceAbout YouYou are a confident and capable HR leader, ideally with experience supporting operational or industrial environments.
