As part of Ausco Modular, the leading modular construction provider in Australia and New Zealand, we draw on a strong legacy of industry expertise and excellence.We offer secure employment, career growth, and a safe, supportive work environment that brings out the best in our people.About The RoleNet Modular is seeking a skilled and proactive Process Improvement Specialist to support the Quality & Business Improvement Manager in enhancing operational efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness across our manufacturing, assembly, and on-site installation processes.Key Duties Will IncludeCollaborating cross-functionally to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and optimise resource utilisation.Analysing and documenting business processes, technical functions, and user requirements to lead and facilitate improvement initiatives.Interpreting architectural and structural drawings and specifications to support process and quality enhancements.Participating in quality and service reviews, offering actionable insights and recommendations to promote best practices.Preparing detailed reports to communicate findings, progress, and outcomes.Engaging regularly with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.About You35 years experience in process improvement and project management.Diploma in Engineering, Building, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).Background in manufacturing or construction is advantageous but not essential.Trade qualifications are beneficial but not mandatory.Familiarity with the National Construction Code (NCC) is desirable.Exposure to government contracts (e.g., GC21) is a plus.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Solid understanding of contractual specifications and compliance requirements.What We OfferShort- and long-term incentive programs.Salary packaging options.Discounted corporate private health insurance with Bupa.Equipment and appliance discount (volume discount across LG and Fisher & Paykels product range).Discounts for you and your family members at Specsavers.Six weeks paid parental leave (primary caregiver) and two weeks (secondary caregiver).Access to our Health & Wellness Program including gym memberships.Education Assistance Program.Ready to take the next step in your career?If you''re passionate about collaboration and delivering great outcomes for customers, wed love to hear from you!Click Apply Now to submit your application.
