See the Label is on the hunt for a creative, strategic Digital Performance Marketer to join our growing team.Summary:Were looking for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing. Whos curious, collaborative and confident jumping between Meta Ads, Google Search, LinkedIn campaigns and can just as easily talk strategy as they can optimise an account. What youll be doingDesigning and managing strategic paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok & LinkedIn.Collaborating with our design and strategy team to craft ad content that performs.Translating business goals into media strategies that scale.Interpreting performance data to refine and evolve our clients digital growth plans.Taking ownership of campaign planning, copy, testing, reporting, and ongoing optimisation.Youll work directly with our Strategy Director and play a key role in shaping results for long-term clients who care about quality, brand, and performance in equal measure.Undertaking thorough research to gain an understanding of our clients brand positioning, marketing objectives, content, competitive landscape and target audiences will be vital to succeed in this role.Youre a confident performance marketer with a curious brain and creative edge.Proven experience in paid digital media strategy, execution, and optimisation.Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and message to each platform and placement.Strategic mindset that blends creative thinking with sharp data analysis. A love for data and the ability to turn insight into action.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You know how to get ideas across clearly and with impactA commitment to authenticity and integrity.
