Youll work alongside and support people with disability, helping them develop skills while ensuring equipment safety and workplace compliance for our clients.Youll also play a key part in other external services such asgarden maintenance, cleaning, and similar tasks, depending on business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct and superviseelectrical inspectionson tools, appliances, and equipment using PAT devices.Perform and oversee tagging, safety testing, and hazard identification to ensure compliance withAS/NZS 3760:2010.Managetesting schedulesand maintain accurate records.Provide daily supervision and support to aSupported Employee Technicianand other team members.Mentor and guide supported employees to develop new skills and meet production targets.Foster a positive, safe, and collaborative team culture.Production & External ServicesSupport production tasks in Orana Business Services when not in the field.Supervise general services (e.g.gardening, maintenance) as part of a varied external services workload.Safety, Quality & ComplianceEnsure all work meetssafety regulations and quality standards.Identify process improvements and maintaintesting equipment.Uphold Oranas commitment toexceptional customer service and compliance.About YouYou are a capable and proactive individual who enjoys being on the tools, but also takes pride in helping others develop and succeed.
