The role is responsible for providing clear, concise legal advice across a range of commercial transactions, including:ContractsLicencesGrantsProcurementAnd will deliver strategic and solution-focused legal advice in areas such as:ICT (Information and Communication Technology)Commercial lawRegulatory mattersAs Principal Legal Officer, you will provide expert legal advice on commercial matters, including contracts, procurement, intellectual property, and dealings with government entities. Youll draft and review complex agreements, advise on contract variations, and support the negotiation of commercial transactions.Your ability to simplify complex legal issues and prepare clear, outcome-focused documentssuch as advice, submissions, and correspondenceis key to this role.
