The role will be a full-time hybrid role where you interact with colleagues in the Philippines and Australia.Ideally this individual would have been working in an established brokerage and has a well rounded knowledge of residential policy across PAYG, Self Employed and Investor type clientele. They would also be keen to progress into a contracted broker, building their business within Evoke across residential, commercial and asset finance.About the role:This role will require the successful candidate to work closely with the Finance Broker, Head of Credit & Operations, Credit Analysts and Broker Support with a view to progress to being a broker running your own business within Evoke Capital inside of 12 months.Your duties will include but will not be limited to: Workshopping loan scenario across residential, commercial and asset finance with the Finance Broker and wider team. Completing policy research, serviceability, document verification and MIR management. Completing Preliminary Assessment & Credit Proposals for approval by Broker Reviewing and approving apps via AOL and Simpology based on the banks requirements Liaise with bank assessors, BDMs, external stakeholders and clients throughout. Hybrid role, 3 days in Sydney CBD (Mon, Tues & Fri) and 2 days from home.About you:The ideal candidate will have the following experience: Must have 3+ years working as a Credit Analyst at an existing brokerage. Must have strong attention to detail, with the ability to research lending policies, process applications and follow up on clients in a professional manner An understanding of lending practices, loan structures and lenders and processes Excellent time management with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Ability to interpret a set of financial statements, tax returns and business structures Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office experience Salestrekker software experience is desirable, but not essentialEvoke Capital provides a fun and inclusive environment for our staff to learn and grow within their role, with additional benefits such as: Working and learning from one of Australias best broker teams.
