Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.We are looking for an organised and proactive plant administrator to support our workshop and civil operations.This is a permanent full-time position based at our Balcatta workshop. This role is essential for maintaining accurate data, keeping equipment organized, and ensuring timely reporting.About you:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational and time management abilities.Experience using systems such as AMT and CMMS.Knowledge of plant and equipment.Accountabilities of the role:Create and manage work orders for civil maintenance teams using AMT.Ensure data consistency between AMT and Coins systems.Generate QR codes for machinery pre-starts.Process invoices and purchase orders through AMT and Coins.Maintain accurate machine meter readings and job allocations.Coordinate bookings for road sweepers and assist with equipment hire/off-hire.Support asset setup, movement tracking, and disposals.Liaise with subcontractors and assist with parts ordering.Prepare monthly reports and manage timesheets and invoice approvals.Why join RJV?Collaborative work environment.Wellbeing support for employees and family members.Metro work only - No FIFO required - Enjoy the freedom to go home every night.About RJV:Founded in 1955, we are a family-owned civil engineering contracting company in Western Australia.
