The ideal candidate is someone with strong experience in IDR & EDR complains handling for life insurance claims.Job DescriptionKey AccountabilitiesComplaints Handling IDR & EDRManage IDR complaints handling processes, ensuring customer concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner, with a high client care focus to ensure the client receives excellent care.Maintain and oversee the complaints register, ensuring accurate records and appropriate remediation actions.Liaise with internal teams to ensure complaint trends are identified and addressed.Specialise in life insurance claims complaints.Risk & Compliance SupportAssist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Risk & Compliance Framework.Support compliance monitoring and reporting to ensure business-wide adherence to regulatory obligations.Support wider NobleOak compliance with the preparation of compliance modules and learning programs.Contribute to internal audits reviews and investigations of business units and work streams to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.Incident & Breach Management SupportSupport the Senior Compliance Manager with the tracking, and reporting of compliance incidents and breaches.Assist in the remediation of incidents and breaches where required.Assist in maintaining the incident register and reporting frameworks.Key AccountabilitiesAccurate Documentation - Maintain accurate compliance documentation and records at all times.High Quality and Accurate Communication - Communication with internal stakeholders, customers and strategic partners.Stakeholder Management - Build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders with the aim of providing constructive and accurate feedback on compliance and complaint related matters.Process Improvement - Drive the design and implementation of process improvement and automation in regards to the collection, handling and reporting of complaints and compliance data.Continuous Improvement - Take part in training and other learning opportunities as required to expand knowledge and understanding of compliance practices and risk management across the business.Projects and Team Support - Risk management project work and risk reporting activities as required.
