Youll design and deliver programs that build skills, lift performance, and create a culture of continuous growth. From leadership development and coaching frameworks to onboarding and compliance training, youll shape learning experiences that align with Councils goals and workforce strategy. The role also oversees our Learning Management System, using data and technology to improve access, track outcomes, and drive decision-making. Working closely with leaders and staff, youll help identify capability gaps, promote self-directed learning, and ensure development is relevant, timely, and impactful.
