Ready to take your career off the runway and into the skies?Were on the lookout for a creative and tech-savvy E-Learning Specialist to manage our e-Learning platforms and design, develop, and implement engaging digital learning experiences for our employees. Youll work closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to build dynamic, interactive, and effective e-learning content that drives knowledge, compliance, and skill development across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop e-learning modules, videos, and other digital learning content.Translate complex topics into engaging and easy-to-understand learning experiences.Manage the learning platforms & deployment of learning content via our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a smooth user experience.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning programs through feedback, assessments, and data analytics.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with business goals.Maintain and update existing e-learning modules as needed to keep content fresh and accurate.Champion best practices in instructional design, digital learning trends, and accessibility.Provide support and training to internal teams on how to best use e-learning tools and the LMS.LMS related projectsSkills & ExperienceProven experience in developing e-learning content and managing LMS platforms.Proficiency in e-learning authoring toolsStrong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills with a strong eye for design and attention to detail.Experience working with SCORM, or other e-learning standards is highly desirable.Experience with graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production is a plus.Qualifications in Training, Education, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field.Certification in e-learning development or instructional design (e.g., ATD, AITD, etc.) desirableIf you''re ready for your next opportunity, come and join a great team! #J-18808-Ljbffr
