We''re passionate about our brand and dedicated to what we do.A Bit About The Role...We are seeking a highly motivated, curious, and results-driven logistics professional with a keen taste for Patisseries.If you''re a hands-on, proactive individual with subject matter expertise in food production, distribution, and purchasing, then we want to hear from you.Day to day, this role will see you introducing processes and procedures to ensure:our products are appropriately maintained (stock and inventory management),our yummy goodies get to their destination efficiently (dispatch and logistics management),our equipment and facilities are in good working order (facility and asset management), and;that purchasing activities support smooth operations (supplier sourcing, order placement, and cost control) that support our operation.Youll take ownership of purchasing key ingredients, packaging, and operational suppliesensuring that everything we need is available on time, within budget, and meets our quality standards.What We Need From You...This role is ideal for someone who has a background in food and/or hospitality and has recently gained expertise in warehouse, dispatch, and purchasing operations.We are looking for an inquisitive individual, curious to learn and grow with our business.Specifically, we are looking for the following skills and experience:Relevant experience: Demonstrated experience working in or alongside a production kitchen, commercial bakery or food manufacturing environment.Certificate 3 in Patisserie or commercial cookery highly advantageousProfessional work ethic demonstrating reliability, accountability and a strong commitment to supporting the broader teamPeople management: previous experience managing and developing a diverse teamDemonstrated passion for premium hospitality service founded by an appreciation of quality produce.Effective communications skills with the ability to exchange constructive feedback with diverse profiles including Chefs, Kitchen Staff, Leadership team members, suppliers and drivers.Demonstrated ability to take initiative, troubleshoot operational challenges and adapt to changing prioritiesProblem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset.Demonstrated capability to multi-task, with strong organisational skills.Unique offerings for superstar employees...BenefitsOur team members are true superstars bringing to life our journey through the galaxy of never ending possibilities.
