You thrive in an agile environment and are happy to contribute to our friendly and supportive culture.This role will see you deliver advisory services to existing Protecht.ERM clients. These services include system enhancements, stakeholder engagement and growing trusted client relationships. Reporting to the Head of ERM Advisory and Implementation, this role is focused on continuing to improve our practices and processes, enhancing existing client Protecht.ERM systems, supporting stakeholder engagement and maintaining strong client relationships. Some of the key responsibilities include:Work across teams to support Protecht.ERM client implementation & provide interactive dashboards and reports based on client requirementsBuild forms and workflow rules in Protecht.ERMHelp design and implement improvements to clients configurations of Protecht.ERMDeliver Protecht.ERM training and facilitate client workshopsProvide supporting documentation for the implemented solutionsIf you are interested in joining us, along with your previous experience in a similar role, then we want to hear from you. Our ideal ERM Advisor candidate has:Demonstrated experience in Risk Management, WHS, Business Continuity, Audit or Technology Based SolutionsAn interest in technology-based solutions / SaaS is a mustExisting Project Management & analytical skillsA desire to work with technology is critical for this roleStrong Microsoft office suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Problem solving skills - the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improveOutstanding communication and external stakeholder management experienceExperience working with stakeholders to capture and document user requirements or willingness to learnFlexible, collaborative approach to working with broad cross-functional teamsProtecht ERM System administration or similar GRC system experience would be highly regardedWhy Protecht?
