Community Operations helps operationalise every new and existing product and idea that Uber comes up with - its an organisation that touches every part of Uber!About the RoleRegulatory Support is a critical function within Community Operations at Uber, and is essential to the ongoing compliance and safety operations of our business. Regulatory Support Specialists help Uber to meet our local regulatory compliance requirements. Regulatory Support leverages several information channels to identify and report notifiable incidents to regulators, as well as respond to detailed requests for information from regulators.Your Impact in RoleTriage and draft notifiables for regulators: Identify and draft notifiables in a timelymanner from the triage queue.Assist in projects: Work on lookbacks and other ad-hoc projects identified by the teamThe Experience You''ll BringYou will have some experience in a high-volume, fast-paced customer-facing roleA flair for writing - you know the right turn of phrase in all situations and a confidence in speaking - you will be the voice of UberPassion for helping others and creating support experiences that surprise and delightAbility to break down complex problems, offer well thought-out recommendations and push problems to resolution with multiple stakeholders and decision-makersSkilled at handling multiple tasks at once and you have the drive to see them to completionWhy Uber is partnering with Hatch on this role.
