We will provide you with WFH IT equipment plus reimbursement of up to $500 for additional equipmentReward and recognition, including competitive remuneration and career progressionLearning and career development programs for all roles and levelsFree daily breakfast, office drinks and social eventsGenuine commitment to health and wellbeing, pro bono and community, and diversity and inclusion across our firmLearn more about what Hall & Wilcox can offer you: bit.ly/HWbenefitsAbout the role and teamWe have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development & Marketing Co-ordinator to join our national Business Development, Marketing & Communications team on a 12 month fixed term contract.Our Business Development, Marketing and Communications team is a national team, with a broad set of skills and experience across client engagement, branding and design, bid management, copywriting, event strategy and planning, digital marketing and media relations.This role will focus on supporting the marketing and administration requirements of the Director as well as the national team.You will be responsible for:supporting the broad team on ad hoc business development, marketing and practice development strategies, and actioning outcomes;supporting directory and award submissions, including managing the recording of submission results;creating and updating marketing content across the team, including credentials, brochures and CVs;supporting marketing activities with relevant business and industry associations, including events, sponsorships and merchandise / collateral;assisting with client, industry or practice specific research;working with the Client Systems team on maintaining the firms CRM;working with the Events Manager and BD team on guest lists for client events, including RSVPs, dietary requirements and internal networking/BD opportunities; andcompleting administration requests such as booking travel and expense and invoice processing.About youYou will ideally have the following skills and experience:tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline;knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteexcellent administration and organisational skillsexperience working in and supporting a high-performing team;strong attention to detail;ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure;ability to work autonomously and interact in a team environment;ability to interact at all business levels;excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.About usHall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
