What sets Winslow Constructors apart is their unique vertically integrated capabilities and the largest modern fleet of heavy construction equipment in Australia, operated and maintained by our highly trained team.Winslow, unlimited opportunities and inspiring careersDue to significant growth across all pockets of our business, we have an exciting new role as a Civil Construction Foremen only a short drive from the City of Adelaide at Mount Barker, Oakden and West LakesTHE ROLEForecasting and programmingProcurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment, and materialsEfficient and economic use of resourcesEffective leadership of the construction teamStart-ups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking ticketsMitigating and reporting incidencesAudits and reportingReferring and communicating requirements of DBYD, PMPs, SWMs, and MSDsThe Foreman will report directly to the Area Supervisor.The Foreman is responsible for the successful delivery of civil construction and sub-division projects by ensuring labour, subcontractors, equipment and material are effectively managed.Significant civil construction experience in bulk earthworks, subdivision projects and land developmentExperience in working with authorities, such as local councils and Government AuthoritiesExcellent client relationship managementStrong communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externallyWHAT WE OFFERCareer development and growth opportunities for motivated individualsJob security with a large pipeline of workFull time employment with full leave entitlementsA supportive and dynamic team environment.Vehicle, tablet and phoneA workplace that takes responsibility and accountability for the care and protection of peers, the business, the communities in which we operate, and the environment.The Winslow WAY...Each person at Winslow is empowered to make good decisions to look after each other as family, be accountable to each other, and always operate safely.
