With the right attitude and a willingness to learn, youll thrive as part of our supportive and collaborative team, helping to ensure the availability of life-changing pharmaceutical products for patients.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust supply plans to ensure optimal inventory and safety stock levels. Collaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and quality teams. Align supply with forecasted demand and market trends to ensure consistent product availability and meet customer needs. Monitor and analyse inventory levels, lead times, and replenishment strategies to drive efficiency. Manage stock replenishment based on production schedules, sales forecasts, and distribution needs. Utilise ERP systems to support planning, execution, and reporting. Ensure accuracy of master data and compliance with GMP, regulatory standards, and internal policies. Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions. Prepare insightful reports and conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making.Ideal Candidate Profile: Prior experience in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry. Proven ability to work effectively with both suppliers and customers. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with Power BI is highly desirable. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). A collaborative mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a high-performing team. Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
