With our commitment to professionalism and service excellence, we have grown significantly over the decades, making us a leader in the industry.About the Role:We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Workshop Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team. This key role will oversee all operations at our Unanderra facility, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of activities. The Workshop Co-Ordinator will play a vital role in staff supervision, compliance, and safety, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, this role is essential for maintaining our high standards of warehouse management and operational efficiency.What the Role Entails:Utilising internal systems to effectively report on Fleet and co-ordinate between Murrells divisions to ensure smooth operations and communication.Strong relationship building skills and maintaining key contacts with local and regional suppliers.Accountable for timely and accurate updates on all maintenance activity, with a focus on asset availability and operational requirements.Key focus on the workshop operations in areas of Parts, Warranties and Fleet Scheduling, whilst responding to direct workshop inquiries to ensure the provision of accurate information is established.About You:Proven experience in a workshop co-ordination role, preferably in the transport and logistics industry.Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.Excellent understanding of workshop operations, including inventory management, compliance, communication, and safety standards.Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong emphasis on safety and compliance, youre proactive with identifying and managing hazards and risks.Apply Now:If you''re ready to be a part of a growing and professional team at Murrell Freight Services, we want to hear from you.
