Youll be the go-to person for operational HR support, keeping the wheels running and seizing opportunities to improve function processes or develop your skills. This role blends meaningful purpose with hands-on, fast-paced HR admin and people management. This is your chance to be PARTT of something special!Key Duties Include:Lead recruitment & onboarding for vital disability support rolesManage day-to-day HR operations and ensure policy & procedure complianceSupport employee performance, training, and ongoing developmentDrive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace cultureAssist in workforce planning, risk management, and managing HR systems (ELMO)Handle HR admin, contracts, and respond to team queries promptlyPartner with HR and leadership on special projects and continuous improvementSkills and Experiences: Who Were Looking ForWe need someone proactive with solid organisational skills to keep our busy team on track. If you''re a HR star (looking to add ''Super'' to the front), with exposure across most aspects of HR, including recruitment, ER/IR, and L&D, then we would love to catch up. Ideally you will have some exposure to an NDIS or healthcare related setting. You love a fast-paced, supportive environment that also pauses to celebrate the things that should be celebrated!To succeed with us, you will need:Qualification in HR, Business, or similar (or working towards)Strong grasp of operational and administrative HR functionsGreat communication and conflict resolution skills; you handle confidential info with careExperience working with SCHADS award highly regardedProficiency with Office 365 and familiarity with ELMO HRIS (or tech savvy enough to get up to speed quickly) is a big plusOrganised, detail-focused, and a natural multitaskerCommitment to ongoing learning and industry best practiceCultural sensitivity and a passion for inclusivity - no hate allowed!Please note that as we are a registered disability services provider, you will be required to provide the following before you commence working with us:National Police CheckPaid Working With Children CardNDIS Worker Screening CheckRight to Work informationIdeally you will be available to commence early to mid August.
