Were on a mission to grow HiBob in the region and we want you to join us!Job Requirements3+ years of closing experience as an AE in a SaaS environmentExperience closing deals valued at $100,000+ within organizations of 500+ employeesExperienced in MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodologiesYou must be a hunter and a closer! Pipeline generation is second nature to you!Experience with HR-tech environment is highly regardedProven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targetsDesire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environmentStrong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeedAdaptability to new initiativesA self-starter who is able to work autonomouslyRequirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they arent the only factor. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.Job ResponsibilitiesWhat will you do?Working cross-functionally, our AEs attract and sign exciting new companies to drive the growth of Hibob.
