Reporting to the Maintenance Leadership Team, you will develop high-quality maintenance plans and schedules for both Fixed Plant and Mobile Equipment, ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, shutdown plans, and work orders.Collaborate with supervisors, vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.Review and improve maintenance practices to increase productivity and reduce costs.Monitor KPIs, asset health data, and condition monitoring results.Manage work order backlogs and coordinate opportunity maintenance windows.About You:2+ years experience as a maintenance planner in heavy industry.2+ years advanced use of PRONTO (planning/scheduling).Proficient in PRONTO, MS Project, and Excel.Current WA motor vehicle licence.Fixed Plant and Mobile Equipment experience.Gold mining experience.Success in this role will belong to an individual who consistently demonstrates accountability, both personally and in leading others.
