Youll collaborate with department heads and the Recruitment Manager to ensure every role is filled efficiently, accurately, and with the right cultural fit.Youll be hands-on in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and moving candidates confidently through each stage youre responsible for. This isnt just adminyoull be a trusted partner to our leaders and the first point of contact for candidates.Youll:Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and draft/update job descriptionsWrite compelling job ads aligned with our brandPost and maintain listings across platforms like Teamtailor, Seek, LinkedIn, and IndeedReview applications, conduct structured phone screens, and shortlist qualified candidatesSchedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring all parties are prepared and informedManage candidate pipelines, records, and templates in our ATS (Teamtailor)Communicate with applicants throughout the process to deliver a positive candidate experienceTrack key metrics like time-to-fill and applicant volume, and share insights with the Recruitment ManagerWho You AreYoure a detail-oriented, people-focused professional who takes pride in running efficient processes.
