About The Role An award-winning, well-known, and established builder with a reputation for building quality, custom homes is currently experiencing growth. Due to this, they are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Consultant to join their team in their Thornton display village. Reporting to an experienced and supportive Sales Manager and backed by a well-organized, high-functioning administrative team, you will be experienced in building dream homes on complex blocks, with high-quality finishes, and have a solid understanding of duplex requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying customer needs and determining suitable products to build their dream home. Understanding the fundamentals of building and design, including different blocks and building requirements to assess feasibility for KDR/duplex projects. Generating and following up on leads to convert into sales. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Establishing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents. Conducting market research to stay informed about the housing industry trends. About You While availability to work on weekends is required, the ideal candidate will be a driven sales professional comfortable making house call appointments and managing client relationships throughout the sales process. You should be passionate about bringing clients'' projects to life, regardless of complexity. Proven success in new home sales (experience is essential). Thorough understanding of current residential market trends. Knowledge of KDR and duplex projects. Successful track record of converting leads into sales. Knowledge of the building industry and architectural plans. Strong relationship-building skills. Proficiency with IT systems and processes. Ability to work on weekends. Remuneration & Benefits The successful candidate will receive a base salary plus a competitive commission structure.
