Their platform is widely used by political professionals and is continuously evolving to meet sector needs.Role overview:You will play a pivotal role in helping clients get the most out of the Elected Technologies platforms. Enable clients by encompassing the entire customer journey from onboarding, training, troubleshooting, engagement and strategic insights.This is a role where you will work with and empower users of a software platform that services political offices across Australia and has a client base that is global with a head office in the UK. This role will have you guiding clients through best practices, providing strategic and technical support, and will allow you to grow into a senior client success position.What they are looking for:You are a capable communicator with technical aptitude and a customer-focused mindset. Your background includes client support, training or success roles, ideally in tech or SaaS. You are comfortable with ambiguity, adept at problem solving, and excited by the intersection of technology and public impact.Key responsibilities:Provide responsive support and proactive training to usersGuide best practice use of the platform, including telephony and advanced toolsOnboard new clients and manage their go-live processMaintain deep knowledge of the product to act as a subject matter expertDevelop user-friendly resources and training materialsAnalyse user data to identify trends and adoption opportunitiesTest new features and deliver structured feedback to the product teamCommunicate client insights and feature requests internallyMaintain accurate support records and drive continuous improvementThe skills, knowledge and experience you bring:Proven experience in customer success, support, or client trainingExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsTechnically proficient, with familiarity in tools like Google WorkspaceOrganised, detail-oriented, and responsiveExperience in political campaigns or party operations (bonus)Comfortable with remote work or located in AdelaideAble to manage multiple client expectations and time-sensitive tasksFull-time or four-day week availableAdelaide-based or remote with regular travel (up to twice/month)Flexible structure with scope to evolve into a senior positionCulture of the Business:Work in a values-driven team committed to enhancing political engagement through technology.
