In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day work scopes and managing on-site personnel, including blaster/painters, laggers, sheet metal workers (SMW), and rope access technicians. You will play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution across all project activities.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage industrial services personnel on-siteEnsure all work is conducted safely and complies with relevant standardsCoordinate and supervise work scopes across blasting, painting, insulation, cladding, and rope accessMaintain project timelines and quality standardsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to support successful project deliverySkills & QualificationsDemonstrated experience in industrial services including blasting and painting, insulation and cladding, rope access, and general industrial operationsStrong leadership and communication abilitiesProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-compliance environmentRelevant certifications in industrial safety and project managementICorr certification preferredMust be a current resident of the Adelaide regionPlease note: Only successful candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
