You will work closely with our Community Projects Manager to ensure projects run smoothly. This includes scheduling workshops, maintaining records, creating promotional materials, and supporting co-design sessions.What Youll Do: Provide administrative and logistical support across multiple grant-funded projects Coordinate calendars, bookings, and communications with stakeholders Assist with planning and delivering events and co-design workshops Help compile reports, surveys, feedback, and communications Maintain systems and keep project deliverables on trackSelection Criteria: A confident administrator with great attention to detail Strong communicator, comfortable with email, phone, and engaging with a wide range of people Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs Skilled with Microsoft Office, shared drives, and online tools Capable of working independently and as part of a supportive, collaborative team Background in disability, advocacy, or community services Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Humanitix, SurveyMonkey, or Groups.io Knowledge of the South West region and local services Lived experience of disability or a strong understanding of inclusive practiceMust Haves:Drivers licenceCurrent Working with Children clearanceAny health issues or matters that may affect the persons ability to perform the duties above must be disclosed.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure and clarity behind the scenes, and who is passionate about supporting disability rights, voice, and leadership through effective project work.Applications close:20th July 2025To apply:Submit your resume and a short cover letter addressing the selection criteria.Please note:Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.We welcome your application.At Advocacy WA, we are a workplace led by the rights, voices, and experiences of people with disability.
