Join us!We are seeking a talented and dynamic Corporate Communications Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content that enhances our company''s brand presence, engages our multi-stakeholder audience, and effectively communicates our corporate messages and evolution of our goals to all external stakeholders. This role includes prep for media briefings and corporate reporting responsibilities to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information. The role requires a keen attention to detail as it will also serve as project management support when it comes to the approval process and version control of documents.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Content Creation: Develop high-quality written content for various channels including newsletters, press releases, presentation materials, social media posts, and websitesMedia Briefings: Prepare and conduct media briefings, ensuring that our company''s position and messages are clearly communicated to the press and other media outletsCorporate Reporting and Presentations: Support the creation of quarterly and annual corporate reporting materials and manage the approval chain throughout the processBrand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and corporate guidelinesStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy in communicationsEditorial Calendar: Manage the editorial calendar to plan and schedule content releases, ensuring timely and strategic dissemination of informationCrisis Communication: Assist in the development and execution of crisis communication strategies when necessaryMetrics Analysis: Track and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and make data-driven adjustmentsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.10-15 years of proven experience in content creation and writing, corporate and crisis communications, and/or media relations.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
