Join us and share your ideas, be inspired, give back to the community and feel proud to be a part of an organisation doing meaningful work that matters while supporting sustainability, mental health, and well-being.Let''s care for tomorrow, so we can create a better future together, for everyone.About the roleDevelop key working relationships with A&R Hub Team management to ensure effective operations of hub.Coordinate onshore management in regard to operations and plans on A&R hub matters, including the Product Owners and SMEs in relation to their Hub executed Processes.Develop, embed, enhance a robust control and governance framework which effectively monitors KPIs and SLAs to ensure the operational effectiveness and identify areas of improvement in relation to the end-to-end A&R Hub processes and team assignment.Ownership, design and execution of the end-to-end governance process for new, updated and changes processes across the hub.Champions, monitor and ensure effective use of tools such as JMP in the delivery of Hub services including issues management.Aid in the resolution of operational issues and ensure seamless service delivery and in effective onboarding and assignment of hub team members to processes including correct access.Monitor and ensure effective maintenance of A&R Hub service catalogue for assigned A&R Hub team.Coordinate forward looking requests on hub and managing the movement of processes through the creation to execution cycle gaining relevant sign off from owners throughout process.Ensure key artefacts meet required standards and are kept up to date in collaboration with Hub (e.g. Service Catalogue and Standard Operating Procedures). Executing quality reviews and SOP update schedules.Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst Accounting Hub and the Hub & Onshore for the continuous improvement initiatives and changes to the Hub-executed processes.
