We do this through administration of the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966 (NSW) and the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 2008 (NSW).This is an ongoing, full time, Band 1, Public Service senior executive (PSSE) role. An attractive remuneration package within the range of $204,447 to $228,550 per annum (SOORT 2024), with annual performance reviews, will be negotiated with the successful applicant.For further information, download the role description.About YouWe are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:Comprehensive experience across the healthcare sector, understands the supply chain for therapeutic goods, and the quality use of medicinesDemonstrated knowledge and application of national and jurisdictional legislation and policy relating to the controls for therapeutic goods; andExperience and capability in leading internal and external stakeholder engagement and negotiationApplying for this rolePlease review the role description and submit your up-to-date resume and a brief cover letter including a short statement in response to the two target questions (1-2 pages).Describe a time when you had to navigate a complex investigation or compliance with a regulatory framework.
