The team is accountable for designing key success metrics, measures and KPIs, developing monitoring plans and dashboards to track performance against Human Resources strategic objectives as well as benchmarking against other public and private sector organisations.About The RoleThe Manager leads the Productivity and Automation team within the People and Data Analytics functional area. The role is responsible for the teams development, coordination and day-to-day management. The team is responsible for the initiation, design, development and delivery of a wide range of Human Resource related dashboards, measurements, research and evaluation projects.For further information please click here to view the role description.About YouYou will be collaborative, agile, and disciplined about delivering outcomes for all students of NSW.You are excited by challenges and thrive working in an environment where you can problem solve and recommend innovative solutions that you know will provide key indicators to measure success of HR projects.You are a seasoned productivity analyst with previous experience developing, monitoring and evaluating HR projects.You have a natural ability to develop people and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development to establish a high performing team.You are confident fostering and sustaining strategic partnerships across the Department and with external agencies.Essential Requirements Of The RoleTertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, Organisational Psychology or a relevant discipline.Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.Key Knowledge And ExperienceSignificant experience across a range of HR functions, with a focus specific to this role on the planning and execution of business strategies.Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Departments Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Departments Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.How To ApplyPlease attach a resume (maximum 5 pages) and a cover letter outlining how you meet the requirements and capabilities of this role.
