Our people and their jobs are as diverse as the communities we serve.About the roleThe purpose of this role is to develop and implement change management strategies and plans for business change initiatives to drive faster employee adoption and greater utilisation and proficiency of the changes to ensure business, schedule and budget objectives are met.
