You will work closely with the CFO and SIXT leadership team to develop and execute the company''s financial strategy. This includes overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and commercial decision-making to optimise profitability and business growth.What you''ll doBusiness partner with the Sixt leadership team on strategic initiatives and in driving business performanceChallenge the Sixt business strategy development to ensure a robust financial strategy is developed for the business and then drive the execution of the strategyLead a high performing commercial finance team that delivers quality insights, recommendations and reporting to the Sixt business and the NRMA GroupProvide thought leadership on industry best practice for processes, benchmarks and key metricsProvide robust commercial finance support for tactical business performanceDevelop objectives and development plans with each team member and track the achievement of these plansWhat you''ll bringDegree in Finance, Business, Economics (or similar) + CA or CPA qualification (MBA preferred)Minimum 5 years in a finance leadership role with commercial exposureStrong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reportingAbility to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insightsExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilitiesTeam engagement and leadership experienceTM1 / PA / Hyperion expertise would be highly regardedWhat''s in it for you?At the NRMA we arent just about discounts (although you do get these too).
