You will be the face of the company to clients and passengers, prioritizing customer needs.Shifts operate on a rotating roster (Monday - Sunday), with early starts from 2:30 am and late finishes up to 12:00 am, depending on flight schedules.Candidates must pass a pre-employment medical before starting.Key responsibilities include:Deliver check-in services for Star Aviation and airline customers accurately.Operate in a safe environment, adhering to Health and Safety policies.Welcome passengers politely at the terminal counter.Verify ticket and passenger data for accuracy.Check bookings and issue boarding passes.Educate passengers on security protocols and luggage allowances.Guide passengers to the correct gate.Represent the airline and Star Aviation professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.Operate equipment safely and perform boarding gate duties, including public announcements.Assist with passenger marshalling and wheelchair assistance.Complete documentation and provide accurate information to passengers.Operate lifting devices as per airline-approved methods.Assist with luggage transfer for wheelchair passengers.Manage equipment collection and storage around the airport.Help passengers find family or friends within the airport as needed.Note: Shortlisted candidates may be invited to an Assessment Centre on 9th July 2025.
