Our commitment remains unchangedto enrich and champion our community by delivering exceptional service, a relaxed atmosphere, and outstanding cuisine.We are seeking a passionate and experienced Finance Manager to lead a small administration team, uphold our values, and inspire a people-first culture that fosters empowerment, purpose, and connection.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate admin team staff to build a strong, high-performing team.Quality Control: Initiate and maintain effective control procedures to ensure all assets, liabilities, income and expenses are accurately recordedStrategic Plan Projections and forecasting: Completion of budgets and forecastsOperational Performance: Oversee day to day financial management, cash flow reporting and administration functionsReporting: Preparation, review, and analysis of daily, weekly and end of period management reports. Compile and analyse financial information to the CEO on a regular basisTeam Development & Culture: Provide training, promote respect, and cultivate a collaborative environment.Cross-Team Communication/Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, Operations Manager and Head Chef on the financial performance of their drivers, analyse and control expenditures of all departments to ensure compliance to budgetary requirementsIndustry Awareness/Compliance: Stay informed on legislation and compliance issues within the Club financial environmentAbout YouBackground in accounting or financePrepare BAS, IAS, Payroll, Superannuation and other ATO lodgementsExperience as an Accountant, Finance Manager, or similarStrong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow managementComfortable working in a hands-on, growing business environmentProficiency with MYOB accounting systemExperience with time and attendance and payroll processing systemsExperience with Excel and WordProven understanding of Registered Club operationsPrevious experience in the same or similar role with at least 3 years leading a Finance Team in a hospitality environmentRegistered BAS agent highly regardedWhat We OfferCompetitive salary package based on experience.5 Weeks annual leave$150 meal allowance per week.Healthy Lifestyle Program.EAP ServiceOngoing training & development opportunities.A supportive senior management team and a great work environment.How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
