Youll play a vital role in ensuring materials, schedules, and stock levels are aligned with production demands across fabrication, assembly, and painting. This is a hands-on, varied role where youll work closely with the Operations team to keep things running smoothly and make a real impact behind the scenes.What Youll DoPartner with the Production Scheduler to align material supply with production needsReview production specifications and flag any capacity constraints earlyPrepare weekly performance reports and visual dashboards for managersMonitor material flows, pre-arrange materials & equipment and troubleshoot inventory issues effectively and timelyCollaborate with managers to identify and implement process improvementsCoordinate planning efforts with Production, Purchasing, and FinanceAutomate purchase orders based on project batches (think plates, powder coating, etc.)Maintain strong inventory levels and forecast material needsDocument key processes and keep safety stock data up to dateTrain team members on material and scheduling systemsAbout YouA qualification in business or a related field (certificate, diploma or degree)35 years experience in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing or supply chainKnow your way around MRP systems, Microsoft Office, and general computer systemsGreat communication skills and strong attention to detailOrganised, adaptable, and comfortable working independentlyUnderstanding of WHS requirements and okay with some light manual handlingYou enjoy improving systems, solving problems, and keeping production on trackWhy Join UsCNH is a world-class equipment and services company dedicated to advancing the noble work of agriculture and construction workers.
