This is a transformational leadership rolefocused on product strategy, innovation, and organisational changenot software development.You will:Champion a product-led operating model, aligning teams around customer value and measurable outcomes.Drive platform differentiation through innovation in adviser experience, personalisation, and operational efficiency.Lead cross-functional product teams through complex transformation, balancing innovation with legacy realities.Integrate regulatory requirements into the product lifecycle in a way that supports compliance without stifling creativity.Deliver on an ambitious strategic product roadmap that supports Netwealths growth and market leadership.About youYou are a senior product executive with a proven track record of leading large-scale product organisations in technology-enabled services. You bring a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of product lifecycle management, and a passion for customer-centric innovation.Skills and experience include:Extensive experience leading product management functions in complex, regulated environments (e.g., financial services, platforms, SaaS).A strong track record of embedding and scaling product-led practices across large organisations.Expertise in aligning cross-functional stakeholders (product, design, marketing, engineering) around shared goals and customer outcomes.Demonstrated success in organisational transformation, including cultural change and new ways of working.Deep experience in digital product strategy, user experience design, and data-driven product development.A leadership style that fosters innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Life At NetwealthAt Netwealth, people are our core strength, and we invest in our employees no matter what stage of life they are in.
