This senior leadership position will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, enhancing market presence, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple regions.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth LeadershipFormulate and implement strategies to achieve long-term commercial objectivesIdentify and execute opportunities for geographic and service line expansionFoster innovation in customer acquisition and market penetrationCommercial and Market OversightStrengthen relationships with freight forwarders, BCOs, co-loaders, and agency partnersDirect pricing strategies, sales planning, and network capacity alignmentEnsure delivery of high-quality service standards aligned with market demandsSafety and Regulatory ComplianceChampion a culture prioritising safety and regulatory adherenceGuarantee compliance with international aviation standards and protocolsManage safety systems and operational risk mitigation processesFinancial and Performance ManagementWork alongside the CFO to develop and manage commercial budgets effectivelyTrack performance indicators and implement measures to boost profitabilityLead cost-efficiency and financial optimisation initiativesStakeholder and Industry EngagementRepresent the airline at industry summits, conferences, and with regulatory bodiesBuild high-level relationships with governmental and commercial stakeholdersAdvance the airlines profile and influence across strategic global marketsQualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Aviation, Business, or a related field; Masters degree preferredAt least 5 years in a senior commercial role within cargo airline operationsStrong grasp of global air cargo markets and aviation compliance requirementsDemonstrated leadership in commercial team management and strategic executionExceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsProficiency in budget planning, financial oversight, and cost controlExperience with aviation safety management systems and compliance protocols #J-18808-Ljbffr
