Our services support insured, private, and commercial customers alike.The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager of Operations to join our AMA Collison team, based in Melbourne or Brisbane.This is a permanent full-time hybrid role, with regular interstate travel and you will be provided with opportunities for growth, stability, and security as part of the bigger AMA Group.As the General Manager of Operations, you will take the lead in shaping the future of our 70 AMA Collision production sites. Reporting into our Executive General Manager, you will drive performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth across our national network.We''re looking for a multi-site experienced, high-impact strategic leader to deliver operational excellence, implement scalable systems and processes, and use data-driven insights to boost ROI and customer outcomes. Youll also oversee the integration of acquisitions, infrastructure investment, and budget management, while fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability, and customer focus.
