Te Au Reka is a game-changer and we care deeply about making it a success.Te Haeata/The OpportunityWe have several exciting opportunities for Learning Designers to join the Te Au Reka programme team. Reporting to a Learning Design Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning solutions that support our people and stakeholders in successfully navigating the transition to the new digital case management system.As a Learning Designer, you will create engaging, accessible, and measurable learning solutions that align with programme priorities and adult learning principles. You will work collaboratively with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other members of the learning team to deliver impactful and innovative learning that meets the diverse needs of our audiencesincluding the Judiciary, Ministry staff, legal professionals, third party providers and participants.This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major transformation that will have a lasting positive impact on New Zealanders.This role requires someone who is organised, collaborative, and adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment. If you bring experience in end-to-end learning design and development and an innovative mindset, this is the role for you. Pkenga/Skills And ExperienceTo be successful in this position, which will be based in our National Office in Wellington, you will have:Over 2 years of experience in designing and developing blended learning solutions (including online modules, facilitated sessions, videos and other delivery methods), particularly within large-scale transformation or digital initiatives.A strong understanding of adult learning principles with a proven ability to design and develop accessible, engaging and effective learning solutions that achieve tangible outcomes.Proficiency in using learning authoring tools and software such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing and LMS platforms (Totara experience desirable).Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.Strong project mindset, including the ability to deliver effectively, on time and to a high standard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development, ensuring learning solutions remain current, impactful, and aligned with evolving needs.Adaptable, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.M Mtou/About UsBe part of a significant initiative that will impact the lives of many across Aotearoa New Zealand.
