This role is for you!About THE ROLEOur CSRs are pivotal to our business. As a Sales and Customer Service Superstar, you will take ownership of an existing list of customers. We love our customers and want you to love them too!Possessing a natural ability in problem-solving & resolution, you will be responsible for making deliveries of high-quality products to your customers, whilst also building relationships and making sales. You thrive on providing superior service and enjoy a varied, fast-paced role. It''s a Delivery Driver - with a difference!The main focus of this role includes:Out on the road, selling and delivering batteries and accessories to trade/wholesale customersManage an existing set of clients and build genuine relationships with themApprox 2 nights away from home per month - expenses paid by companyConsignment and stock rotation of products at customer sitesPick and pack your daily stock needsBeing a product knowledge superstarComplete sales paperwork. We love attention to detail and so do our customers!Live our values!Hours of work: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (40 hours Monday to Friday) with Saturday morning rostered work (paid at overtime rate).To be successful in this role, you will need the following:Licensed to drive a manual vehicleMR licenced or willing to obtainForklift licenced or willing to obtainDriven to learn new products and processes.High attention to detailGreat presentation is required, as you are the face of the Company (Uniform, safety boots and PPE provided)Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking to all personalitiesPhysically able to lift batteries as heavy lifting is involved.
