They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:The Key responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to:After-hours/urgent rostering coordination of static guarding services for Wilsons National Client base.Escalation of operational issues & incidents, including report writing.Call centre duties, including answering phone calls and emails.Data entry of information into proprietary operating systems.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Experience in a high-volume call/operations centre environment would be highly desirable.Demonstrable computer literacy skills.Strong verbal communication skills, including high levels of customer service and conflict resolution skills.Strong written communication skills, including incident report writing.Ability to multitask and work autonomously in high-paced team environmentAbility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to think laterally and solve problemsWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
