With unmatched scale, scope, and impact, Scentia is shaping the future of learning.About the RoleAs our Sales Manager, Future Skills you will support the day-to-day operations of a sales team (approximately 8 team members) and contribute to improved sales performance across our short course and qualifications business. In this role, you''ll assist with refining sales processes, supporting the implementation of tools and systems (including Salesforce), and helping ensure the team is equipped to meet their goals. Working closely with senior sales leaders, you''ll contribute to planning activities, support basic reporting and analysis, and play a role in driving team productivity.A key part of your role will be to coach and support your individual team membersproviding guidance, helping them adopt best practices, and contributing to a positive and high-performing team culture.
